Account Deletion & Personal Data Erasure
You can permanently delete your Prompteg account and all associated personal data at any time. We strictly honor your right to be forgotten in compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and global privacy regulations.
What Data Is Deleted Upon Account Removal?
Your name, email address, profile picture URL, unique Google OAuth ID, and active login sessions.
All bookmarked and saved prompt cards in your personal collection are permanently erased.
All heart/like records, prompt copy telemetry, and browsing history entries linked to your account are purged.
All single-use app authentication tokens and persistent session keys are immediately invalidated.
Important Notice for Google Play Subscribers
Deleting your Prompteg account removes your account records from our servers, but does not automatically cancel active subscriptions billed through Google Play. To cancel recurring charges, please open the Google Play Store app > Profile Icon > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions, and cancel your Prompteg subscription directly.
Account Ownership Verification
To prevent unauthorized data deletion and protect account security, you must verify ownership of the account you wish to delete.
Alternative Email Request Method
If you cannot sign in or no longer have app access, send an email to support@prompteg.com from your registered Google account email with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Your request will be fulfilled within 48 hours.
